Last Updated: February 27, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Qaswa Connect ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), developed by Eterna Labs LLC, is deeply committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document outlines our standards, practices, and procedures for preventing, detecting, and responding to child safety concerns on our platform.
2. Age Requirements and Restrictions
Qaswa Connect is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
-
Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
-
Users under 18 are considered minors and are subject to additional protections
-
If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data
-
Donation features require users to be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on Qaswa Connect and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:
-
Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, text, or illustrations
-
Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
-
Grooming behavior or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors
-
Solicitation of personal information from minors for inappropriate purposes

Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child abuse or exploitation
-
Sharing or requesting sexually explicit content involving minors
-
Any content depicting violence, abuse, or neglect of children
-
Attempts to circumvent our child safety measures
4. Prevention Measures
4.1 Content Moderation
We employ multiple layers of content moderation to prevent CSAE on our platform:
-
All user-generated content (posts, comments, images, videos) is subject to community guidelines enforcement
-
Masjid administrators serve as local moderators with the ability to review, remove, and report content within their communities
-
Super administrators have global oversight capabilities to monitor and moderate content across all communities
-
Automated file validation and content scanning are applied to all uploaded media
4.2 User Safety Features
-
Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions
-
Users can report content, comments, and other users directly within the app
-
Chat functionality is moderated and community-based, not private direct messaging between individuals
-
Reports are reviewed by masjid administrators and super administrators
4.3 Account Verification
Masjid administrators undergo a verification process before being granted elevated privileges, which includes identity verification and documentation review.
